You think you’ve overcome it then it takes back over your life.
It’s okay to feel disappointed.
Don’t self-deprecate. Don’t spiral.
You need to set the right expectations of yourself.
The fact that it comes back isn’t a failure, and shouldn’t surprise you either.
Insecurities don’t just disappear and might never go away in some cases.
You need to acknowledge the triggers and limit the impact on your life.
Don’t put pressure on yourself to eradicate it - manage it.
The wound might never fully heal, but the pain can be cared for.
